Irresponsible Web Host

I’m using 1t3.com for domain registration/management but they seldom respond to my e-mail! Their bad customer service made me decide to transfer my domain over to Network Solutions but 1t3.com never responded to repeated attepmts to talk to them by both me and the Network Solutions.

I’m so eager to transfer, but unless 1t3.com responds to the new company to confirm that I’m a current customer, I’ll never be able to transfer!

Anybody have an idea what I should do?
