I cannot move or delete a desktop shortcut,(HP share to the web upload). When I try to move it to the Unused Desktop icon folder it replicated itself. There are now 8 copies in the Unused folder and still one on the Desktop. I can delete the copies. It will not open on a right click to view options there. I have attempted to delete it with Tune Up Shredder to no avail. Tune up shredder appears to be deleting something, but the thing is still there. Any suggestions?
