Is it permitted to have Office 365 for more than one Microsoft account?

This is something I wish to know because since the end of the last month, I was blocked from accessing my first Microsoft account for the reason that I wanted to change the security info for this account and I had to wait at least 30 days so I could access my Microsoft account again, so I created a second Microsoft account to replace it (temporarily or permanently).

Since I need to use MS Word and Excel, I wonder if Microsoft will allow me to use my credit card to subscribe to Office 365 for more than one account or if my credit card could be blocked.

Thanks you for your answers, and have a good day!

Are up to Microsoft. Call them now as anyone that claimed to be from Microsoft here has been a scammer.

When you call in, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC INFO.

I suggest you contact customer service and fix the issue with the first account (where I suppose you already pay for the services). It's a waste of money buying a new subscription, just because your account was blocked temporarily.

Let me know if you get in contact with them and what they say.
