Is it possible for me to find out if someone has access to my files at work. I am on a LAN w/ internet access. Under network neighborhood, on my computer, I show only one program shared as well as my printer. Apart from this program and printer shared, would it be possible someone could monitor or creep in my computer without me knowing? A concerned end-user.
