Is it possible to configure my eLBC(GPCM) to assert write enable(LWE) b4 CS

Im using MPC83xx type processor.I have connected my LCD module in the eLBC(GPCM), Now i wants to assert my writeEnable signal before the chip select signal asserts.

How to configure the OR register in order to achieve the above condition. any idea
