Is it possible to create a macro for pivot table

Hello

I used to consolidate date form different workbooks in one sheet and make a pivot table for that for indiviual information, i need to create this table in same sheet,
I am tring to creat a macro for this as it is my day to day work, i am able to crete it in new sheet but it’s not working for pivot table in same sheet. please help how to ceate a macro for this.
