I have a website and I actually need to create a signup page. So that whoever signs up can access a portal for knowing what sort of assignment he has and to submit it through this portal.

Here is how to create this signup form:
On the Dashboard menu, select Contacts.
Now, click on Signup Forms form the Dashboard menu.
Then, click on the Create New Signup Form button on the proper side of the page.
Select Embedded Form, and click Next.
Give your Signup Form a reputation and choose an inventory, then click Save & Next
Create and edit your signup form
You can edit the Opt-In message by clicking the Opt-IN Settings option on the highest left.
Change the looks of your form or add additional fields, by hovering over the signup form and clicking on the More options icon (3 dots.)
When done click on Save & Publish.
Then your signup form code will appear, select the sort of code you would like, either Javascript or HTML then copy and paste on to your site.
Because this is often a compact size signup form, it’s limited to only 3 fields, the primary name, last name, and email address field. This signup form does not support images.

Get started by creating your sign up. Once you publish the sign up, you will see the option to generate a custom link or create a short link under the Share tab. When you select the option to create a custom link, you can enter custom text at the end of the URL.

Follow the below-mentioned steps:
