Is it possible to search inside multiplay PST file?

Hello,

if all workstations here are connecting by remote desktop to the server; and open their outlook there, which means that on the docoments and settings folder there is about 30 users and outlooks pst’s. how can i run a search across all the pst’s and emails?

And speaking of which, i would be glad to hear your opinion if connecting all users by RDP is an acepteble way to work or i sould sweetch to local (i am new IT guy in q enterprise thqt never had one , the external IT copmany that supported us has installed it this way, and every body complains that it?s slowwwwww…)
