Is it possible to "undelegate"

By NateH ·
Hi all,

I set up a test platform of 2 W2K machines and was playing around with delegation. I clicked on AD Users and Computers and right clicked Domain Controllers and "delegated" control to the group Domain Controllers to see what would happen.

Not clear what exactly happened, but is there a way to "undelegate" in case of error or is there a way to see what delegations are in effect?

thanks

Nate

When you delegate control over an object or a container in active directory, you actualy give someone right to do something. So, you may wish to check out security tab in Domain Controller OU properties. Also, I am not sure now if the domain controllers group has some other rights except "read", so you should check what are the default permisions, and restore them.
