I would like to be able to use a 23″ monitor HD 1080p Phillips that was gifted to me.All I have is 2 laptops Toshiba’s 1-Toshiba A100 Centrino Duo 1.6ghz 1gb Ram,2.Toshiba U300 Intel Dual-Core@1.73ghz 1gb Ram.Is it possible to combine them or change a motherboard or is it worth it?Is there external graphics cards available?Is there an adapter to go from standard 15 pin to digital vid plug? It’s a shame to have this brand new monitor and not be able to use it
