Is it safe to use the drivers from Windows 7 on Windows 8.1?

Hello Guys,
I’d like to install Windows 8.1 on my laptop (which already has Linux installed). So I went to the official Dell site and found WIN7 and WIN10 drivers for my laptop model, as well as Intel Graphics drivers. I looked for Windows 8.1 drivers. However, several drivers are missing, and Intel Graphics for Windows 8.1 is not available. I looked for Windows 8.1 drivers for my laptop after installing Windows 8.1, but they either didn’t work or were restricted by Windows. I did not, however, try to find a WIN7 or WIN10 driver for Windows 8.1.
So, the drivers for Windows 7 (intel graphics) will work on Windows 8.1?

Yes it is perfectly alright to use Windows 7 Drivers in Windows 8.

Windows 8 is just a development of Windows 7 and uses the same drivers.
