A Windows XP Pro Dell’s OS HD crashed. THe HD will no longer boot but I can still access some files by making it a secondary drive on another machine. Some files are accessible, some are not. The two folders I need say, “…is not accessible: Access is denied.” How do I fix this NTFS permissions problem.
