I have a win 2003 server set up on my home network. On this server I run IIS for my FTP site and my HTTP site. In the system event logs I see lots of warning messages which seem to be generating every second. This is what they are:

The server was unable to logon the Windows NT account ‘Administrator’ due to the following error: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
I also noticed that usernames ‘john’ and ‘james’ were attempted to be logged on to. And by the way those 2 accounts don’t even exist on my system.
Is someone trying to hack into my server? And how can I fix it?
