I’m pretty sure the problems I have with windows XP (unable to move icons, can’t cut/paste, can’t manipulate taskbar, can’t print, etc…) are the result of the RPC service “malfunction”.
I’ve tried to enable this service but it is already enable (value of 2).
Is the a way to fix this service and the services related to RPC?
Will a registry fixer software solve the problem??
