I assume this is the default behavior when you import PST files, but there are so many strange problems I can’t be certain.
I saved all 15gigs of emails in his account to a PST file. He was having a problem with what seemed to be his Blackberry somehow duplicating emails and increasing his Exchange account size from a couple of hundred megs to 15gigs over 2 weeks and just generally wreaking havoc on the server. I work for a small business where I was told not to enforce quotas.
Anyway now that I seem to have fixed the email duplication problem, I want to eventually reimport that PST file into the Exchange mailbox, but for the time being I want to load the PST file so the user can go through his emails and delete the duplicates, and just bring it down to a much more manageable size as opposed to 15gigs.
