We have a time challenge where emails will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. We believe there is an open window with a maximum of 15-30 seconds for emails to be received and time stamped. Is there a company that provides a service of sending multiple emails (say 100) in 15 second intervals over a 5 minute time frame?
