We use the Siemens OpenScape Contact Center Enterprise program to track who’s online in our helpdesk. I’m curious if there’s a command-line interface or a script to export the information to a text file. I’m looking either for the Broadcast ticker or the Team Bar to export.
The reason I ask is I use a cygwin shell and Samurize to post relevant system information direct to my desktop and I’d like to have our department’s information easily accessible without the clutter of the window and the resource usage of the full program, but I’m not too familiar with OpenScape.
