I bought 2 software products from Norton, and I elected to download rather than pay more for disks. One downloaded fine. The other I have never been able to get a good download.
Norton has sent me dead links, links to the wrong thing, multiple times. The answers I get all say the same things, which do not really address my situation. It is like talking to robots!!
Is there some way to get Norton to really address a problem? Or am I asking for the impossible?
I’m not sure if this is a discussion or a question, or just a shot in the dark.
