Is this a good deal for a computer?

By CcPunk28 ·
Hey guys, I was just wondering if this is a good deal for a computer? I want a fast machine than can handle the new games that come out and load programs fast. The one I am looking at is at:
http://configure.us.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&oc=DDCWFC2&s=dhs

If you can find one like this or better for around the same price I'd appreciate it sooooo much! Thanks guys:)

Colin

Video Card

That is a great price, however you aren't going to get very far on your chosen video card. I would highly recommend upgrading it, I'm sure with Dell's bundle pricing it'd be cheaper than buying it seperately.

Ideas?

by CcPunk28 In reply to Video Card

Awsome, thanks buddy. Right now I have a NX6600GT NVIDA GeFORVE 128MB in my old computer. How does that compare with the card in the specs above? Also do you have any good advice for a good card thats not all too expensive? The hard part is re-building the computer on DELL.com because you can't edit the card any better unless I start from scratch and selects a higher price range. Let me know what ya thing. Thanks again!:)

Processor

by CcPunk28 In reply to Video Card

Sorry I have one more ? I noticed in the specs I have chosen I would get:
Intel?Pentium? dual-core processor E2160 (1MB L2,1.80GHz,800 FSB)
How good is that? I'm looking at my dads $550 computer and it has a Pentium(R) 4CPU 3.07ghz
Isn't that MUCH faster? How much would it be around to upgrade my chosen deal to something like that and is it worth it? Thanks again in advance
