I have upgraded a Compaq Armada laptop for a friend that is capable of running Windows 2000. However, it has neither a USB port nor an ethernet jack. I have a USB/ethernet converter I could use to upgrade the antivirus software. I’m trying to decideif it would be more useful to buy a PCMCIA ethernet card or perhaps to add a USB port via PCMCIA (that would be of continued value to her). Anyone have experience with this? Appreciate your help!
