My PC, since installing WIN7 Pro, crashes every day, usually overnight; I awake to a “you’ve suffered a problem and we’re checking on a solution…” message. I have never gotten ANY help, and I did allow MS to transmit data to wherever it is it goes. Has anyone ever heard back from this seemingly useless message? Personally, I would prefer it told me what happened and made clear where a log of these crashes/errors can be accessed. I know I can turn on various logs in the system, but I don’t feel qualified to interpret Windows’ sometimes esoteric information.
