By Iplogic ·
Is port 10000 open on an ISA server by Default? what is port 10000 used for exactely ?
Network Data Management Protocol does not explain much to me.
Sorry for such an elementary question.
And if anyone has an answer, Thanks in advance.

In most cases, IPSec VPN traffic does not pass through ISA Server 2000. However, Cisco Concentrator 3300, with the latest firmware updates, uses "transparent tunneling" which uses User Datagram Protocol (UDP) ports 500 and 10,000 to communicate securely between VPN clients and concentrators. Check out KB 812076.
