This question has been answered several times in the technical forums.

But here is the link on blocking them:

Those Messengers are dangerous and have no value to a business. Set up a messaging conference server at your business.

Hey Sathish,

I understand your delimna completely... basically, with ISA 2004, you really have to open up everything manually...

One of the first things that you might want to check is the ports that each process you need to allow access through your firewall... then explicitly allow them access... you don't want to map them... just allow those particular ports complete access...

If you need more help, let me know... I've been dealing with alot of ISA 2004 problems around the Dallas area lately... it's a headache if you don't know what you are doing... but once in place, it's a real pleasure to have... much better than most other firewall solutions if you ask me...

(Besides, what is a Hardware Firewall in the first place? Just a piece of hardware with some software on it... LOL)
