ISA SERVER

I have 3 subnets -three gegraphical locations, all connected with a T1’s. one location has a dsl connection to the Internet, how can i make the other subnets access the internet using the same dsl connection? in short how can i use isa server on routed network? i have updated the LAT with the three subnet addresses but unable to connect from the remote subnet.
