ISA Server Error (10065)

by cyberpuppi . Updated 25 years ago

Since we switched our firewall to ISA we now have a problem connecting to some of our clients via the web using their IP addresses. We are able to connect to their site from an external box, but not from behind the firewall. Here is the error message we receive:

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

Please try the following:

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Open the 205.160.208.2 home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
If you believe you should be able to view this directory or page, please contact the Web site administrator by using the e-mail address or phone number listed on the 205.160.208.2 home page.
500Internal Server Error – Host is unreachable. For more information about this event, see ISA Server Help.(10065)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server

At this particular client we connect to a different IP address to use Host-on-Demand to connect to their AS/400.

What could be causing this problem?

Thanks,
