I just installed an ISA test server on my network. I created a protocol rule that denies all access other than http and https traffic. Although when I log into the server and browse the internet I can still open a dos window and access my ftp site. Do the pre created rules in ISA play a part in all ISA traffic. Do I need to delete all these pre-configured rules and star from scratch.
