ISA Server with Exchange 5.5 & SQL 7

We’re considering upgrading our Proxy 2.0 to an ISA Server. Does anyone know of any issues this may present to an Exchange 5.5 server or the SQL 7 server that are currently running behind the Proxy? Also are there additional configurations neccessary for this upgrade (ie will my current scripts work or will I need to have new ones)?
