I’m having a bit of a to do with British Telecom regarding a problem I am having using PictureTel Video Conferencing equipment over ISDN from England to India. Basically, India can’t see or hear me if I use a BT link BUT if I use a Cable & Wireless link it works perfectly. Cable & Wireless have said it could be a fault with BT’s International ISDN Gateway. I know a fair bit about ISDN but what is an ‘International Gateway’ and what does it do. Anyone know?
