ISO file

i have downloaded a program that is in ISO format ( i think its a cd Imaig) and i want to burn it to a CD. and i don’t know how.
i have the Nero 5.0 but it doen’t recognize the file… i even tried changing the file extension to other cd imag extensions but it didn’t help.
