HI – I have recently uninstalled magic iso, without having unmounted a mounted drive. Now my computer thinks there is an extra cd drive, appearing as drive G:
When i click this it reports that I need to insert a disk into drive G:
When I plug in external drives that normally showed up as G drive, the computer does not recognise them anymore.
I have tried many ways to get rid of this phantom drive, including re installing magic iso and unmounting g drive, but this did no good. There is nothing on the magic iso web site about this problem.
Can anyone tell me how to modify the computers registry or whatever, to get rid of this drive. It’s really ^#&*&% me off!
PS – I’m using XP with SP2.
