ISP Logon

When I click on my ISP logon icon it used to connect in a short time. Now I get a screen called Pre-Dial Terminal Screen which contains a black square with “OK” in it with buttons “Continue” and “Cancel”. I must click on continue in order for the conectio0n to start.
Why???
How can I elliminate this step?
