Was running Exchange server 5.5 sp3 on Windows NT 4 sp5. Tried to run isscan utility to fix homepage virus problem and recieved the ecbadversion message. Checked microsoft Q articles and was advised to upgrade to sp 4 for Exchange server 5.5 in order to fix this problem. After the upgrade, we still get the same ecbadversion message. What to try now?
