So whenever I start up my OBS for my stream my clock speed goes 3.60 Ghz to under 1.0 Ghz. Now it isn’t thermal throttling or using more than 70% CPU Usage. It never used to do this until recently. If anyone can tell me how to fix it I would appreciate it.
