Issue with Win95 clients on 2000 Server?

By martbrown ·
I have heard but have not confirmed that there may be some issues in getting Windows 95 machines on a 2000 server. Is this the case and if so, is there a workaround or is an OS upgrade in order?

Issue with Win95 clients on 2000 Server?

The Only issue that I know of is installing directory services on the win 95 machine. must have internet explorer 4.0.1 or later with active desktop enabled. to install the directory services client onto the win 05 machine install the win 2k server or adv. server cd rom and navigate to the clients\win9x\client setup. and lauch. This will allow win 95 to take part in active directory.
