Hello all,
I am thinking of starting up my own off-hours supporting service for the local home users.
Just wonder what issues should I look out for, such as legal, financial,etc.
For example, if a client uses pirated softwares on their computer, such as MS softwares, we are liable if we use those softwares to recover their computer? Do we have the obligation to report this to any authority?
