Issues with Acronis 9 and Sysprep’d Windows 7 Pro

OK, I’ve just sysprep’d a Windows 7 Pro machine and went to boot into Acronis 9.0 to clone the drive. Unfortunately, the Acronis CD that I booted from is not finding the primary hard drive that I sysprep’d. THe first time it gave me an error (sorry I don’t remember it), the second reboot produced no errors, but also only found the USB hard drive and NOT the primary hard drive again.

I don’t know if it is a sysprep anomaly, Windows 7 issue, or an Acronis issue. I might try Clonezilla tomorrow, but I thought that someone here might know why the drive isn’t showing up. Thanks.
