I searched the web and symantecs site for this answer and couldn’t find it. Just curious if anyone out there has had a user or know how to fix when a user goes on to the remote site using pcanywhere 11.0 once it authenticates the screen is all jumbled and fuzzy. It happens one of my other users as well but not as frequently. They have permissions and their firewalls locally are setup appropriately.
The odd thing is when the user tries to move her mouse around everything starts to straighten out. And by fuzzy i mean like the how the old TV sets or Cable boxes would scramble stuff out. you can somewhat make out what it is saying but not completely. I will gladly send out a screen shot if someone would like. Greatly appreciated everyone!
