Issues with Roaming Profiles and Folder Redirect

Ok, I have about 6 users right now who have roaming profiles including myself. For some reason over the last couple of days our permissions to shared folders have changed and we are now denied access to some of them. Each of us is listed in groups with full control over the folders. I have reset the permissions and even propagated the ownership rights and I still am having issues. I have tried to moved the roaming profiles to standard user profiles, but folder redirect isn’t if anybody can shed some light on what could be wrong I would appreciate it.
