Last week I had what I thought was a virus in my home PC. My Internet Explorer would not open my homepage and I could not get my Norton 360 to open to scan the machine. I had tried all of the troubleshooting techniques that I knew and was unable to resolve. I then contacted Norton tech support and they had me uninstall and reinstall Norton 360 which resloved the issue. Has anyone else had this issue and is there any fix that I can apply to avoid this in the future.
