I have the gateway GM5416E and am trying to install a smaller drive 40 western digital. It has some photo files on it. It does not see the drive. I can’t find disk management to see the drive. I have Windows VISTA HOME any ideas?

I did open up disk management and it list all the drives except the drive I installed. Still not showing up.
