istsvc can’t disable(block)

hello i have ran my antivirus software and it dectect :istsvc is a adware file and i want to delete it but it don’t let me even if i disable it using msconfig.exe for some reason it automatic enable itself when i check. ANY SUGGESTION.THANKS
