Why won’t government agencies train staff within? When There are big turn around in IT graduates. The Graduates gets the experience and extra training they are gone within 6 months to two years to bigger companies and salaries.
Contract staff do not say in agencies areas? These staffs are educated by Gov’t staff, and trained etc. then they are gone.
