I’m fairly new to the IT world and I’m beginning to learn that most tech jobs are found through IT job placements/consultants. My main worry is insurance. Does anyone know how often people who go through these placement companies actually get insurance? Does it come through the consultants or through the place they actually work at for that period of time?
