I work in the training department of a large corporation. We have focused on end-user computer training but are branching into technical training for our staff. We just rolled out a series of Visio classes and are looking at MS Project and NT admin next.
Part of our goal is to introduce Cross Training, Mentorship and SME (Subject Matter Experts) into our education / career development plans. Does anyone have experience in these areas or have resources they would like to share? Thanks in advance. Tom
