I.T. Helpdesk Report Summary

Hello,

I have been asked to write up a monthly report, based on the calls, figures, trends etc of our helpdesk we have here on site. Im at a complete loss for some reason and cannot figure out how to start the damn thing off, so without sounding completeley stupid can someone help me out please…..thanks guys *Blush*
