The Internet has been begging for successful implementations of Internet related technologies, systems, products and projects. Every tool in the IT Manager’s tool box has been evaluated, analyzed and reported. The success rate remains the same – low.
In 2001 finance money will continue to fund Internet technology and projects but the focus will be more on the assurance that the right people below the executive staff are hired to do the job.
Focus and concentration on the essentail enterprise concepts and processes with accent esepeciallly placed on the entrepresneur and leadership will come front stage and center.
The biggest support will come from the IT Manager and those people on staff that begin to understand the problem and appreciate the solution mechanics.
