Have gone to other jobs out of the IT field. What is general idea about the IT field and should people get back into it or not? I became a contractor and stayed up to date with new technology. The other guys could not because of money and keeping thier homes.
What will the people just out of school expect? They have paid top dollar for thier education and will not find the job that they are trained for.
Is outsourcing the problem or is the education system here the problem?
