My company comprise of Head Office (HO) and 82 branches located all over the country. I’m evaluating now whether it is practical to appoint & train someone from non-it background at branch level to become so called ‘IT Liason’ to assist IT Department who based at HO to resolve problems at branch. If it is practical, what is the approach that I should take to ensure that it will work. Should there be any allowance for them and how about their current jobs.
Some telling me that the idea is goodbut impractical.
If you have any experience on this, pls advise me.
