Hi, I’m hoping someone way be able to give me some opinions. I’ve got a great opportunity here for further education that I didn’t expect.
I’m getting ready to graduate this Dec with a B.S in Management Information Systems. I’ve been applying for jobs but my lack of experience is a real obstacle. I’ve done one internship in college as even those are competitive.
Anyway, I’ve got a chance to go back to school for a masters and do some more internship. Also work on some certs.
Also I could do to a vo-tech that offers a A+/Networking course that prepares student for several certs (A+, Network+, MCSA, CWSA)
The major difference is the vo-tech seems more hands on while the masters is more conceptual with internship opportunities.
For those working in the field already. What could seem to be more marketable to you?
