IT Replacement Cost

Hi I am new to IT managing. I am responsible for a resort IT dept. I am a contractor there. The finance director has ask me what do I think it will cost if in the event we have to replace all IT equipments on property. I don’t know how to really lay this out or where to start. Can someone please help me or give me an idea of how to get this done.
